Results depend on your measurements
LabelSize calculates label sizes and templates using standard geometry. The results are only as accurate as the measurements you enter. Small measuring errors, container manufacturing tolerances, mold seams and label thickness can all affect the real fit.
Example sizes are only examples
Presets and example tables are approximate starting points based on common container types. Containers with the same name or volume vary between manufacturers. Always measure your actual container.
Test before you print
Print the Print Test at 100% / Actual Size, check the calibration lines, cut it out and wrap it around your container before printing a batch. Confirm bleed, safe area and resolution requirements with your printer or print shop.
Materials and safety
LabelSize does not evaluate label materials, adhesives, heat resistance, food contact or regulatory requirements (such as ingredient, warning or barcode rules). These remain your responsibility.
